It all started in 1944, with simple hand-painted signs. Working from a basement and a garage, unique sign designs and an understanding of what makes a great sign added up to customer success. Two companies shared in those humble beginnings. Dowell Signs and American Signs & Graphics. When they teamed up in 1980, as American Dowell Sign Company, the combined experience in design/marketing and fabrication brought to a new level the visual impact of commercial signs for our expanding client base.

Today, highly trained and experienced graphic designers, fabricators, and installers working with current, clean equipment ensure small and large jobs get the same top quality attention.
